In this new series, Host Allen Roth speaks with both active duty and retired police officers from around the country, discussing their time on the force and the challenges facing today's police officers. In this first episode, Allen spoke with Jim Vaglica, a retired police officer from Waltham, Massachusetts who also served on the regional SWAT team. Jim was on the scene of the Boston Marathon Bombing in 2013 and tells of his experiences from that tragic day.
